Kuwait Waste Collection & Recycling Company

Launched in 1980 to process the industrial waste collected each month by the Al-Arfaj Cleaning Company, Kuwait Waste Collection and Recycling Company is now the largest supplier of paper, plastic, glass, aluminium and waste oil to recycling facilities in the region.

In excess of 4,000 tons of industrial waste are processed each month at the company's plant in Amgara. This involves sorting the garbage into the categories and then processing it for delivery to appropriate recycling facilities. The end result are more recycled products, production-related energy savings, reduced demand for landfill space and, of course, a cleaner, healthier environment.
